Purchasing and Shipping Information

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ARTINOX SINKS?

Our preferred retailer in NSW, VIC, QLD is Winning Appliances. The rest of Australia are able to purchase direct. Please email orders@artinoxsinks.com.au to place an order direct. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
All sinks delivered to Australia will be shipped via courier. You will be supplied with a tracking number once your order have been shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We try and deliver your sinks as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days, if you need it sooner email info@artinoxsinks.com.au and we will help you out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do, however courier fees vary from country to country. Please email info@artinoxsinks.com.au to get an accurate shipping quote.

Sinks Information

WHAT GRADE STAINLESS STEEL DO YOU USE?
All of our sinks are made from AISI 18/10 304 Stainless Steel. If you need marine grade 316 stainless steel we can accommodate this. Prices are approx 30% more. 
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MADE SINKS?

YES! We can tailor make any sink you like, so get in touch if you want your sink deeper, longer or just to fit into an existing space. 

WHERE ARE YOUR SINKS MADE?
All sinks are 100% made in our factory in "Stainless Steel Valley" Triviso, Italy
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LAYER AND THE RADIUS?

Layer: Uses a dual level system where the accessories slide on two levels within the sink. 

Radius: Has a single level where the accessories sit on top of the sink/ on your bench top if you choose to undermount.
